Our Background
Hopewell Health Foundation is a Kenya-based charitable organization established to respond to poverty, hunger, and humanitarian emergencies affecting vulnerable communities. The foundation provides emergency food assistance while supporting access to clean water, healthcare, and education through community-driven and compassionate initiatives aimed at restoring dignity and resilience across Kenya.
Founding Story
It was against this backdrop that Sospeter Chepkuto founded HHF out of compassion. He envisioned an organization that not only responds to immediate needs but also empowers communities with long-term solutions — restoring hope and transforming lives.
